What BowReady is actually for
Every one of these is a real failure, not a feature we are missing. Here is what BowReady does about each one, and where it stops being able to help.
Your cleaner cannot make Friday, and you find out too late to do anything about it.
A decline hands the same job to your backup, and you hear that it changed hands. Declining is a normal part of the flow, which is why it happens early enough to matter.
It will not find you a cleaner at 9pm on a Friday. It tells you a date is at risk while there is still time to ask someone. How a primary and a backup work.
A guest extends a night, and everyone is still working off the old date.
The turnover moves with the booking, and the reminders for the old date cancel themselves instead of going out anyway.
It only knows what your calendar knows. A change agreed over the phone and never entered anywhere does not reach BowReady either. What happens when a guest moves their dates.
Nothing tells you that you forgot. The calendar knows a guest leaves Sunday, your cleaner does not, and the two never meet until 3pm.
BowReady reads the checkout off the calendar you already keep for guests and hands it to your Cleaning Pro. Then again a day before, and again two hours before.
The 24-hour and 2-hour reminders are fixed, in the property's local time. Only the first one is yours to set. How reminders reach your cleaner without you texting.
You pasted the Airbnb link. The place is also on Vrbo. Every Vrbo checkout since has been invisible, and nothing said so.
A connected Cleaning Pro is not an assigned one. BowReady names the properties that have a calendar and nobody assigned, before a guest finds one for you.
It can tell you a property has nobody on it. It cannot tell you whether the person you chose is the right one. The setup step that leaves turnovers going nowhere.
Every cleaner has a different idea of finished, and nobody wrote yours down.
One checklist, grouped by room, with the essentials marked must-do. Once a clean starts, the list it carries is the list that was there, so nothing gets added afterwards and called missed.
It is only as good as the list you write. BowReady does not know your standards until you say them once. A checklist a new cleaner can follow exactly.
A dozen cleans, some transferred, one in cash, one forgotten, rebuilt from texts and a bank app on the first of the month.
What you agreed per turnover sits on every job, and what is still owed adds up by person and by month. The same record on both screens, so there is nothing to reconstruct.
No money moves through BowReady and we take nothing per clean. It settles what the number was, not the paying. Tracking what you owe your cleaner.
The paper ran out on a Tuesday. Somebody noticed on Sunday, mentioned it in a text, and bought it on the way.
Your Cleaning Pro flags what is low while standing in front of it, and it lands on one restock list across all your places, with a name against it.
BowReady does not reimburse anyone. It makes sure you know what was bought, with the job and the date attached. Turning a low-stock flag into a restock.
If nobody has said yes
Your cleaner holds it. Your backup catches it. And if there is no backup, BowReady says so plainly instead of letting the date go quiet.

The whole job
The list I wrote before I built anything. All of it is in the app today.
| Calendar sync | Airbnb, Vrbo, Hostaway and any iCal link. The same checkout on two calendars still makes one job. |
|---|---|
| Several Cleaning Pros | Connect as many as you work with. You pick one cleaner and one backup per listing, so no single person is the whole plan. |
| Your cleaner and a backup | A decline hands the same job to the backup and tells you it changed hands. Never a second job. |
| One checklist, everywhere | Write it once, push it to every property, then override it on the one place that is different. |
| Supply list with status | A closet per property or one pooled across them. Your cleaner flags what is low and it lands on your restock list. |
| Timestamped photos | Completion photos carry the time they were taken, and the checklist cannot change once the clean starts. |
| Inspection after the clean | Turn it on per property. Someone you name checks the room and records the result before the guest arrives. |
| Payment terms per cleaner | Store the agreed amount and your notes, mark a clean paid, see what is owed by person and by month. No money moves through BowReady. |
| Maintenance reminders | Filters, salt, duct cleaning. The upkeep that runs on its own clock, not the booking calendar. |
| Push notifications | On assignment, 24 hours before, and 2 hours before the deadline, in the property's local time. |
| Reporting | What you spent, what is owed, and how the month went, on one screen. |
| Flat monthly price | About 60¢ to $1.40 per property a month. Nothing per clean, and free for Cleaning Pros. |
The fee
Apps that bill per turnover take a cut of every cleaning. Your first two properties on BowReady are free, and past that it is a flat monthly rate. Either way it takes zero from the clean itself, so the money stays between you and your cleaner.
Your Cleaning Pro pays nothing, ever, and accepts jobs from a link. See the plans, or read all seven, at length.
