Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of BowReady, a turnover-scheduling app operated by Aiyanan Inc. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

What BowReady does

BowReady helps hosts and cleaners ("Cleaning Pros") coordinate short-term-rental turnovers by reading booking calendars, assigning turnovers, and sending reminders. BowReady is a scheduling and notification tool. It does not process payments, and it is not a party to any agreement between a host and a cleaner.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you add, including calendars, properties, and contact details.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in secure.

Acceptable use

• Use BowReady only for coordinating turnovers you are authorized to manage.
• Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with its operation.
• Only connect calendars and share information you have the right to use.

Notifications and reliability

BowReady sends reminders on a best-effort basis and depends on third-party services (such as your booking channels and push-notification providers) that are outside our control. We work hard to keep the pipeline reliable, but we do not guarantee that every notification will be delivered on time, and you remain responsible for your turnovers.

Subscriptions and billing

BowReady is free for your first two properties and always free for Cleaning Pros. Paid plans unlock more properties. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. This subscription billing is entirely separate from any payment between a host and a cleaner, which BowReady never processes.

Bought in the iOS or Android app. Apple and Google bill and manage these under their own terms, including their own refund rules. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. We cannot cancel or refund a store purchase on your behalf, and refund requests for one go to Apple or Google.

Bought through our web app. These are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal, and your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not give partial or pro-rated refunds for a billing period that has already started, except where the law where you live requires one. If you were charged in error, or a renewal took you by surprise, email [email protected] and we will look at it.

Ending a paid plan does not delete your data. You return to the free tier and keep your account.

No payment processing between hosts and cleaners

Any payment instructions or amounts stored in BowReady are for your reference only. Payments between a host and a cleaner are arranged and made directly between you and your counterparty; BowReady is not involved in and not responsible for them.

Finding a Cleaning Pro

BowReady includes a directory that helps a host find a Cleaning Pro who covers their property, and lets a Pro send a price for a posted turnover. What that is, and what it is not:

• Listing is opt-in. A Cleaning Pro appears only after they turn their own listing on, and only to hosts whose property falls inside the service area they declared. They can pause or unlist themselves at any time.
• We do not screen anyone. We do not vet or interview hosts or Cleaning Pros, we run no checks on anyone's identity or criminal history, we confirm no licences or insurance, and we do not verify what a listing says. Deciding that the person you hire, or the host you work for, is who you want is your responsibility.
• Nothing is ranked. We do not score Cleaning Pros, sort them by price, sell placement, or recommend one over another. The order you see carries no meaning and is not an endorsement.
• A quote is an offer between the two of you. When a host accepts one, the resulting agreement is between that host and that Cleaning Pro. BowReady is not a party to it, takes no commission or fee from it, and does not process payment for it.
• No insurance or guarantee. We provide no insurance, bond, or guarantee covering the work, the property, or anything that happens during a clean.

We may remove or suspend a listing that is reported, inaccurate, or in breach of these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you put into BowReady: your property details, notes, checklists, photos, and listing text ("your content"). We claim no ownership of it.

To run the service, you give us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, copy, transmit, and display your content, only to operate BowReady for you: showing a turnover to the cleaner assigned to it, showing a listing to hosts whose property your service area covers, backing the data up, and keeping the service secure. The licence lasts only as long as we hold the content, and ends when the content is deleted. We do not use your content for advertising and we do not license it to anyone else.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, including photos of a property you are authorized to manage. Do not upload anything that identifies a guest, or anything you do not have permission to share.

BowReady itself, the name, the app, the site, and their design, remains ours.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aiyanan Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed turnovers, lost bookings, or lost profits, arising from your use of BowReady.

Termination

You may stop using BowReady and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or to protect the service.

Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of BowReady, are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and Aiyanan Inc. agree that the courts of the Province of Alberta have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to venue there.

If you use BowReady as a consumer, nothing here removes a right you have to bring a claim in the courts where you live, or the protection of the consumer laws that apply to you there, where the law says those rights cannot be given up by contract.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
