Why BowReady exists
“I did not set out to build software. I set out to stop losing evenings to turnovers.”
Our founder hosts short-term rentals. The tools out there were expensive and adequate, or cheap and thin, and none held the whole turnover. So BowReady became the one place for all of it.

Send an invite link. Once they accept, every checkout at that property goes to them.
One checkout is one job, even on two calendars. Your cleaner hears on assignment, a day before, and two hours before.

The calendar knows a guest leaves Sunday. Your cleaner finds out at 3pm.

FAQ
Airbnb, Vrbo, Hostaway, and any service that gives you an iCal (.ics) link. Keep your PMS or channel manager: BowReady reads the calendar it already publishes and never writes to it.
Send your invite link, or trade BowReady IDs, and the other person taps Accept. Make them the cleaner for a property, and its checkouts start going to them. No cleaner yet? Find a Cleaning Pro who covers the property.
The free BowReady app on their phone, or a browser. It works in English or Spanish. They see one screen per job, with the property, date, deadline, access details and your checklist, and nothing else about your business.

No money moves through BowReady. You pay your cleaner directly, and can store the agreed amount per turnover for reference.
