One tap to accept; mark it done when the room’s ready.
FAQ
Airbnb, Vrbo, and any service that gives you an iCal (.ics) link. Paste the link onto a property, if the same checkout shows up on more than one calendar, BowReady collapses it into a single turnover so your cleaner is pinged once.
BowReady re-checks your connected calendars about once an hour, so a new, moved, or cancelled booking usually becomes a turnover within an hour or two, and the right cleaner is pinged automatically. It is not instant, and you never have to refresh or re-import anything.
Share your invite link with the cleaner, or add them by their BowReady username (or have them share theirs), and the other side taps Accept. Either the host or the cleaner can start it. Then assign that cleaner to a property, and its turnovers begin flowing to them. There's no marketplace: a host brings the cleaner they already work with, or a Cleaning Pro brings their own hosts.
Each assigned turnover with the property, date, deadline, and access details, plus the reminders. The cleaner accepts the job and marks it done when the room's ready, optionally with photos. If a booking moves, the turnover reschedules and the old reminders cancel themselves.
Free for your first two properties, and always free for Cleaning Pros. Need more? Starter covers up to 5 properties, Growth up to 15, and Pro up to 35, all billed through the App Store, Google Play, or our web app. Beyond 35, Scale is the Pro plan plus $0.60 per property over 35, with no cap, set up in our web app (see Pricing). Separately, BowReady never asks for a credit card or moves money between you and your cleaner: you pay your cleaner directly, outside the app, with no card commissions or transaction fees. You can store the agreed per-turnover amount and payment notes for reference, nothing is ever charged through BowReady.
Reminders are push notifications sent from our server, never scheduled on the phone, so they can be cancelled when plans change. They fire on assignment, 24 hours before, and 2 hours before the deadline, in the property's local time. Move or cancel a booking and the stale nudges cancel automatically.
Turnover activity comes as push notifications, not email: new jobs, changes, and reminders all arrive as a ping on your phone. We only email you about your account, like your sign-in code or a password reset. Your inbox stays quiet.
Yes. Alongside the iPhone and Android apps, hosts can sign in to the Web Portal from any browser to manage properties, cleaners, and reports on a bigger screen. It is the same account, kept in sync.
