Step one: find each other
Everyone gets a permanent ID when they join, like HARP7U8KB. Readable over the phone, and it never changes. That ID is how two people connect.
Connected is not the same as assigned. Connecting links you as people; you still say which property they clean. It is a separate step, and an easy one to skip past. A Finish setting up card on your home screen keeps showing the step until it is done.

Step two: say who cleans what
Connect to as many Pros as you work with. Each listing then gets its own pair.

Step three: paste the calendar link
Your booking channel already publishes a calendar link. Copy it once, paste it once.
- Type the real address. It sets the time zone, so 3:00 PM means 3:00 PM where the property is.
- Listed twice? Add both links. The same checkout still produces one job.
- Set the ready-by time. After checkout, or before the next guest. That is what the countdown counts down to.
A moved booking moves the job and cancels the old nudges. A cancelled booking cancels the job, and your Pro only hears if they had already accepted. More in iCal calendar sync.
Then nobody taps anything
- Your Pro can turn on auto-accept, per host, so jobs land already confirmed. Theirs to choose, because it is their workload. You can see it, not set it.
- You decide how early they hear. Per property, new turnovers go out the moment a booking lands, or wait until a set number of days before. A last-minute booking inside that window goes out right away.
The 24-hour and 2-hour nudges are fixed, in the property's local time.
What rides inside every job

Yes. Connect to as many as you work with, then pick a primary and an optional backup for each listing separately. The same Pro can be primary at one property and backup at another. If the primary declines, that same job hands over to the backup on its own.
