The clean you didn't know was missing
Calgary's busy weeks don't spread out evenly. Stampede in July, ski weekends when guests base themselves in the city and drive to Banff, a run of Flames home games: your properties turn back to back, and that's exactly when a reminder slips.
Usually nobody did anything wrong. A guest extends on Airbnb, the checkout moves a day, and the text you sent your cleaner last week is now out of date. Or the first big snowfall makes the drive across town take twice as long, your cleaner can't make it, and you find out when the next guest messages you from the door.
One missed clean costs more than one night. A low cleanliness score stays on your listing for months, and it can be enough to lose your Guest favourite badge during the weeks that pay the most.
The fix isn't trying harder to remember. It's not having to.
How it works
1. Paste your calendar links. Add the iCal link from Airbnb, Vrbo, Hostaway or any other calendar you use for each property. BowReady checks them on its own. When the same checkout shows up on more than one calendar, it becomes one job, so your cleaner gets one message, not three.
2. Connect your primary and backup cleaners. Each property gets a primary Cleaning Pro and, if you want, a backup. Your cleaners use the free BowReady app, in English or Spanish, or a browser. If the primary declines a job, the same job goes straight to the backup and you get a notice. Nobody has to send a text.
3. Stop sending reminders yourself. Your cleaner hears about the job when it's created, again 24 hours before, and again 2 hours before, on Calgary time. If a booking moves, the job moves with it and the old reminders are cancelled. If a guest cancels, the job is cancelled too, and your cleaner only hears about it if they had already accepted.
All that reaches your phone is what needs you: a job nobody has accepted yet, or a decline with no backup.
