These terms govern your use of BowReady, a turnover-scheduling app operated by Aiyanan Inc. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

What BowReady does

BowReady helps hosts and cleaners ("Cleaning Pros") coordinate short-term-rental turnovers by reading booking calendars, assigning turnovers, and sending reminders. BowReady is a scheduling and notification tool. It does not process payments, and it is not a party to any agreement between a host and a cleaner.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you add, including calendars, properties, and contact details.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in secure.

Acceptable use

• Use BowReady only for coordinating turnovers you are authorized to manage.
• Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with its operation.
• Only connect calendars and share information you have the right to use.

Notifications and reliability

BowReady sends reminders on a best-effort basis and depends on third-party services (such as your booking channels and push-notification providers) that are outside our control. We work hard to keep the pipeline reliable, but we do not guarantee that every notification will be delivered on time, and you remain responsible for your turnovers.

Subscriptions and billing

BowReady is free for your first two properties and always free for Cleaning Pros. Paid plans unlock more properties. Subscriptions purchased in the iOS or Android app are billed and managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms; subscriptions purchased through our web app are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time through the store or billing portal you subscribed with. This subscription billing is entirely separate from any payment between a host and a cleaner, which BowReady never processes.

No payment processing between hosts and cleaners

Any payment instructions or amounts stored in BowReady are for your reference only. Payments between a host and a cleaner are arranged and made directly between you and your counterparty; BowReady is not involved in and not responsible for them.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aiyanan Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed turnovers, lost bookings, or lost profits, arising from your use of BowReady.

Termination

You may stop using BowReady and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or to protect the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
